1 cup peppermint tea
1 cup yogurt
1-2 tbsp honey
about a cup of ice cubes
Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until well blended. I used hot peppermint tea that I had just brewed. Another method that would be to make ice cubes out of the tea. I don’t have any ice cube trays, so I just used the liquid tea and added ice.
This smoothie has a unique flavor, but I found it to be refreshing.

This was delicious! I had brewed some peppermint tea earlier on in the day but wasn’t really up for drinking it. I wanted a smoothie and I had the tea so I decided I would look something up and I found this. At first, I had to add more honey (at the moment I wanted something a tad sweeter) and it was delicious. Thank you for the recipe 🙂
