SCD Recipe: Date Shake

I saw this on a menu a while back, but I couldn’t have it. So I decided to try my own.

10 dates
1 cup yogurt
1 banana
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp honey
1 cup crushed ice

I soaked my dates for a couple hours before using. I’m not sure it’s absolutely necessary, but it did make them softer.

Blend all ingredients until smooth. Make sure you crush the ice first.
