If you love the sweet, tangy taste of blueberries, this homemade honey-sweetened blueberry jam is a must-try. It’s a quick, easy, and delicious way to preserve the flavors of summer and enjoy them all year round. With just three simple ingredients – blueberries, honey, and lemon juice – you can create a jam that’s perfect for toast, pancakes, waffles, yogurt, or any other treat you like to sweeten.
Jam for the Specific Carbohydrate Diet
This jam is very easy and is SCD Diet friendly since it doesn’t not use any refined sugar or pectin. I like to make just a small serving to use right away, but it will keep for a couple of days in the fridge if you want to make more.
When it’s still warm it can be used as a syrup. It will thicken as it cools and turn into a nice jam you can you use for muffins, toast, as a cake filling, or a yogurt topping. I use it for a topping and mix-in for my Blueberry Yogurt Bars recipe.
What do you need to make SCD Blueberry Jam

- 1/4 cup honey
