Ingredients:
1 lb ground chicken
2 eggs
1 cup finely shredded Parmesan cheese
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dried garlic (or 1 minced clove)
1 tsp basil
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 cup chopped fresh spinach
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl
- Mix thoroughly
- Line baking sheet with parchment paper
- Scoop meat into 1 inch balls and place on baking sheet
- Bake for 15 – 20 minutes until cooked through
