Ingredients:
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup finely chopped kale
2 tsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl
- Drop by spoonful onto the parchment paper
- Spread so they are as flat as you can make them
- Bake for 15 – 20 minutes until they are light brown and crispy
- Allow to cool
