Since I had steak at a restaurant for Thanksgiving dinner, I decided to make a turkey dinner today.
Here’s what I made:
Roasted turkey tenderloins
Cheese and bacon sweet potato pancakes (not SCD legal – the only non-SCD ingredient was the sweet potatoes)
Spiced applesauce
Cranberry sauce
Broccolini – steamed and then lightly sauteed with olive oil, garlic, and thyme
Pumpkin Pie
I also made some Peppermint Frozen Yogurt today, but that was just to have for later. I used yogurt made from half & half and whipping cream instead of whole milk yogurt this time.
