How do you make SCD Cranberry Sauce?
Cranberry Sauce is one of the easiest things to make SCD. It also tastes a lot better than the canned kind. I didn’t even know I liked cranberry sauce until I started making my own, because I really hated the canned sauce.
SCD cranberry sauce is made the same way as regular cranberry sauce, except honey is used instead of sugar. The cooking process is otherwise exactly the same.
Can I use frozen cranberries to make cranberry sauce?
Yes, you can use frozen cranberries to make cranberry sauce. For best results you will want to thaw them first because the frozen cranberries will cool the water down too much when you add them to the boiling water.

I just whizzed a bunch of cranberries, a few dates and a pinch of salt in my tiny food processor until smooth, and it was super tasty, plus, it was a raw food! (About 1 cup fresh cranberries, 4 dates, pinch of salt).
That sounds good!
