Thank you to everyone who responded to the previous poll about what is most difficult. The two biggest responses were that the diet is too restrictive and it’s hard to figure out what to eat. The next most popular choice was that the diet is too expensive.
The next poll expands on the same theme. I have added a couple choices that were suggested by readers and a couple that I thought of while planning my meals.
