After a week of eating salads on my business trip, I was really into cooking this past week. Here’s the breakdown:

Tuesday


Grass fed New York Strip Steak
Sauteed Kale with Onion and Garlic
Roasted Butternut Squash

Wednesday

Turmeric Chicken Bites
Left Over Kale and Butternut Squash

Thursday

Cheese Chicken Rollups
Roasted Broccoli

Friday

Leftover Chicken Rollups
Purple and Yellow Carrots (raw, I don’t like cooked carrots all that much)

Saturday

Salad with Roasted Chicken

Sunday

Breakfast Sandwiches
Tangelos

Monday

Chicken Fajita Lettuce Wraps
Black Beans with Salsa and Cheese

  1. I love that you posted this. It gives me meal ideas. I have poor meal planning skills as it is, and now that I have been super busy, forget about it. I need to check here on Sundays when I’m doing my grocery list.
