  • 1 Instant Pot

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 4 cups filtered water
  • 4 tbsp salt

Instructions

  • Add chicken breasts to instant pot inner pot
    2 boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • Cover with four cups filtered water
    4 cups filtered water
  • Add four tablespoons salt
    4 tbsp salt
  • Put lid on Instant Pot and make sure sealing ring is in place and vent is set to sealed for pressure cooking
  • Set regular pressure cook setting and set to zero minutes
  • One Instant Pot comes to pressure, let natural release for 10 – 15 minutes, then quick release to release the rest of the pressure
  • Remove chicken from Instant Pot and let rest at least 10 minutes before slicing
  • For most uniform slices, chill in refrigerator at least an hour before slicing
