1 cup orange juice
2 – 2 1/2 cups water (use more water for softer millet)
1 cup millet
1 banana
2 Tbsp honey
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup nuts
1/4 cup raisins
In medium saucepan heat orange juice and water to boiling. Add millet. Reduce heat to medium low and cook for 20-25 minutes until liquid is absorbed and millet is soft. Remove from heat. Cut banana into pieces and stir in. Add honey, cinnamon, nuts, and raisins. Stir and cover millet for a few minutes until the banana is soft.

I thought Millet was SCD Illegal???
Yes, it is. This is in the beyond SCD section. For a while I was posting recipes for things that I had been able to add back into my diet after many years on SCD, but I’ve had to stop doing that because it was too confusing.
