Did you know you can make hard-boiled eggs in your air fryer? You can and they are great! I have to admit, I’ve never been great at making hard-boiled eggs.
They always come out with underdone yolks or they’re just not quite right in one way or the other. When I heard about doing it in an air fryer, I had to try it.
Guess what? They came out perfect!
It’s really easy to do and there’s not waiting for water to boil, or getting eggs in an out of boiling water. I have an Instant Vortex Plus 7-1 air fryer, which looks a little like a toaster oven rather than the kind with the pull-out basket.
For me eggs are a staple of the Specific Carbohydrate Diet and this is an easy way to have some ready for breakfast, salads, or snacks!
