SCD Frozen Yogurt Pumpkin Pops and Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree (you can use an SCD-legal brand like Libby's)
  • 1 cup SCD plain yogurt (strained or unstrained)
  • 2 - 3 Tbsp honey (to taste)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor

  2. Blend until smooth

  3. Pour into popsicle holders and/or silicone molds

  4. Freeze for about 4 hours, until completely frozen
