Peanut Butter Cup Frozen Yogurt Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dripped yogurt - dripped 24 hours
  • 1 large ripe banana
  • 2 - 3 tbsp peanut butter or other nut butter - no sugar added

Instructions

  1. Add yogurt and banana to blender

  2. Blend until smooth

  3. Add a little peanut butter to the center of each mold

  4. Pour yogurt mixture over peanut butter to fill mold

  5. Freeze for at least four hours

  6. Pop bites out the molds and enjoy

  7. Store in freezer
