Raspberry Fig Jam

Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh black mission figs
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • cup honey

Instructions

  1. Wash figs, remove stems and roughly chop into quarters

  2. Add figs and lemon juice to a food processor

  3. Process until figs are finely chopped

  4. Pour chopped fig mixture into medium saucepan

  5. Add raspberries and honey

  6. Heat over medium-high heat until mixture just comes to a boil

  7. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes

  8. Allow mixture to cool to room temperature

  9. Store in air-tight container in refrigerator for no more than two weeks
