Wash figs, remove stems and roughly chop into quarters
Add figs and lemon juice to a food processor
Process until figs are finely chopped
Pour chopped fig mixture into medium saucepan
Add raspberries and honey
Heat over medium-high heat until mixture just comes to a boil
Reduce heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes
Allow mixture to cool to room temperature
Store in air-tight container in refrigerator for no more than two weeks
