Wash cranberries and remove any that are squishy or don't look good
Add the juice from 2 - 3 oranges and honey to medium saucepan
Bring to a boil over medium heat
Add cranberries and spices
Bring back to a boil and then reduce heat to low
Simmer for 10 - 15 minutes until cranberries become soft and turn to a thick sauce
Remove from heat
Allow to cool completely
Store in refrigerator
You can use water instead of orange juice if desired. You can also use apple cider. You can adjust the amount and type of spices to your taste or not use them at all.
