
Creamy, tangy, and naturally sweet, this SCD-friendly raspberry frozen yogurt is made with homemade probiotic-rich yogurt, fresh raspberries, honey, and lemon. Using the Ninja Creami, it’s quick to prepare and perfect for a gut-friendly summer dessert without refined sugar or artificial ingredients.
Add the raspberries to mixing bowl
Mash so they start to come apart, they don't have to be completely mashed
Add lemon juice and 1 tbsp of the honey
Let stand for 10 - 15 minutes until they get very juicy and you can see some liquid in the bowl
Add mixture to blender and puree until smooth
Pour through mesh stainer, into mixing bowl, and use a spoon to push liquid past the seeds if needed
Add the yogurt and the rest of the honey
Stir until combined
Pour into Ninja Creami pint jar
Freeze for 24 hours per Ninja Creami instructions
Before processing, let pint jar stand on counter for 10 - 15 mintues to soften a little
