Instant Pot Honey Mint Tea

  • 6 cups filtered water
  • 4 tea bags black tea
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 handful fresh mint


  1. Add water, honey, tea, and mint to Instant Pot.

  2. Pace lid with seal closed on Instant Pot.

  3. Pressure cook for 5 minutes.

  4. Natural release for at least 15 - 20 minutes.  You can let it depressurize entirely if you like, but do it for at least 15 before quick release.

  5. Strain out mint and tea bags.

  6. Allow to cool down a little and serve over ice or store in refrigerator.
