Add all ingredients except peanut butter to blender and blend
Pour banana mixture into popsicle holder so they are about half full
Reserve a half cup (if you have too much you can use it as a smoothie - that's what I did). You only need about a half cup so the peanut butter portion is very thick and peanut buttery!
Place in the freezer for 30 minutes
Blend half cup of the banana mixture with the half cup of peanut butter. It should be very thick.
Place in refrigerator until the banana mix has been freezing for a half hour and has solidified a little bit.
Pour the peanut butter mix to fill up the rest of your popsicle holder.
Freeze for at least two hours.
