  1. Line mini-muffin pan with mini-muffin baking cups

  2. Add all ingredients to a small saucepan

  3. Heat over medium-low heat - stir constantly for 5 - 10 minutes

  4. The mixture should be smooth, thicken, and start to look shiny

  5. Remove from heat when mixture coats the back of the spoon

  6. Pour mixture into muffin pan - you can fill them all the way up

  7. Allow to cool for a few minutes and then freeze for 30 minutes

  8. Remove from freezer and remove candies from the muffin pan

  9. Store in refrigerator - they melt quickly!
