SCD Recipe: Peanut Butter Cup Frozen Yogurt Bites

I made this recipe using my ghost molds to celebrate my 20-year anniversary on SCD™!

I started the diet on Halloween in 2000 and I always like to make something Halloweenish to celebrate.

This year I kept it simple with these frozen yogurt bites. Making frozen SCD™ yogurt bites goes back to something I’ve been doing since I first started the diet so I thought it would be a fitting treat this year.

You just need three ingredients – SCD yogurt, a ripe banana, and an SCD-friendly nut butter. I personally like peanut butter (which I make myself), but you can use any you like.

Join in the dicussion! I started a new Facebook Group – Happy Gut For Life – Beyond SCD Discussion Group where we can talk about any SCD subjects including introducing new foods that may be outside the diet. Come check it out – I’ll be disussing my own successes and failures on this topic and it’s a great place to connect with others who are exploring SCD and beyond SCD foods.
