Quick, easy, refreshing, delicious, creamy Pineapple Ice
Place the pineapple chunks in a freezer-safe container and freeze for 3 - 4 hours so it's not frozen solid, but very icy
If pineapple is frozen solid, remove from freeze and allow to thaw for 15 - 20 minutes
Add pineapple chunks and juice (or water) to blender
Blend until chunks are completely blended and pineapple is a thick slush
Serve immediately
