How to Make One Ingredient Pineapple Ice

Ingredients

  • 2 cups pineapple chucks
  • 1 - 2 tbsp juice from the pineapple or water

Instructions

  1. Place the pineapple chunks in a freezer-safe container and freeze for 3 - 4 hours so it's not frozen solid, but very icy

  2. If pineapple is frozen solid, remove from freeze and allow to thaw for 15 - 20 minutes

  3. Add pineapple chunks and juice (or water) to blender

  4. Blend until chunks are completely blended and pineapple is a thick slush

  5. Serve immediately
