Add water, honey, tea, and mint to Instant Pot.
Pace lid with seal closed on Instant Pot.
Pressure cook for 5 minutes.
Natural release for at least 15 - 20 minutes. You can let it depressurize entirely if you like, but do it for at least 15 before quick release.
Strain out mint and tea bags.
Allow to cool down a little and serve over ice or store in refrigerator.
