Heat oven to 450 degrees
Squeeze water out of cauliflower until it seems pretty dry. I like to use a nut milk bag.
Place cauliflower, egg, cheese, and spices in a bowl
Mix thoroughly
Line baking sheet, or 9 x 13"cake pan, with parchment paper.
Press cauliflower mixture into a rectangular shape that is about a 1/4 inch thick.
Bake for 15 - 20 minutes until cauliflower looks golden brown
Allow to cook for 10 - 15 minutes
Cut into six squares
Melt butter in frying pan over medium heat
Add two squares of cauliflower bread to pan
Toast for 1 1/2 - 2 minutes on each side
Add cheese to one side and cover with the other
Reduce heat a little so bread doesn't burn while cheese is melting
Toast on each side for a few minutes until cheese is melted
