Making your own nut milk is quick and easy. I’ved talked to a lot of people who are intimated by the thougtht of it – but don’t be! I used to be one of those people too, but then I did it and I learned how easy it is!
You just need some raw nuts and water. That’s it. If you want you can flavor it with some honey (or dates) and vanilla if that’s your preference.
The reason to make it yourself it that you know exactly what you’ll get – just nuts and water. Often nut milks found in stores haved fillers and additives.
Check out the simple steps and my video tutorial and you’ll be making your own nut milk in no time.
