SCD Recipe: No Bake Peanut Butter Bars

If you’re feeling ready for a more indulgent Specific Carbohydrate Diet dessert this recipe is perfect! I used to love peanut butter bars when I was a kid and I’ve been dying to try to make some. I was a little ¬†unsure because you can’t get the same texture without regular sugar, and of course no chocolate, but these turned out really good!

They’re a little rich so I wouldn’t go crazy with them, but they are a good cure for a sweet craving. You may even want to cut them into smaller bars to keep things a little lighter.
