SCD Recipe: Parmesan Kale Crisps


1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup finely chopped kale
2 tsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  3. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl
  4. Drop by spoonful onto the parchment paper
  5. Spread so they are as flat as you can make them
  6. Bake for 15 – 20 minutes until they are light brown and crispy
  7. Allow to cool
