SCD Recipe: Olive Oil Biscuits

This is just a basic biscuit recipe using olive oil instead of butter. These go good with soup!

2 1/2 cups almond flour
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp vinegar (I used apple cider vinegar)
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbsp honey
2 eggs


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

Mix all ingredients and stir until just mixed.

Drop by 1/4 cups onto baking sheet about two inches apart.

Bake for 15 – 18 minutes until bottom is golden brown and top is firm.
