2 cups mixed greens
1 carrot sliced into thin coins
1 Asian pear sliced thin
2 Tbsp freshly grated Parmesan
1 Tbsp raisins
1 Tbsp sliced almonds
Oil and Vinegar
Place lettuce in a bowl. Layer with the rest of the ingredients. Top with oil and vinegar to taste.
